Chemical Advisor Service

We have been engaged in the work of a Chemical Advisor since the enactment of the Chemicals Law and the Biocidal Products Law.

The experience gained from working with a large number of clients, and thus with a variety of chemicals and biocides, is something that, alongside our license as an Advisor, guarantees our services, where we assist the client in:

• preparing documentation for the registration of chemicals in the Chemical Registry (Chemical Dossier)
• applying regulations regarding the classification, packaging, labeling, and advertising of chemicals.
• preparing a safety data sheet for chemicals placed on the market
• carrying out procedures related to the import and export of certain hazardous chemicals
• informing and cooperating in the implementation of bans and restrictions on the production, placing on the market, and use of chemicals that present an unacceptable risk to human health and the environment, as well as other provisions defined by the Chemicals Law
• providing basic data for the registration of biocidal products in the Temporary List
• preparing a technical dossier for a biocidal product
• applying regulations regarding the classification, labeling, and advertising of biocidal products
• implementing safe handling and storage obligations for biocidal products, as well as record-keeping requirements
• implementing other provisions of the Biocidal Products Law
